Nothing really for existing customers that want to upgrade a line which is a bummer in my case, unless you got enough points to reduce phone price which is a promotion they been running with a slight twist. Happy New Years

Forgot about Moto X, 6900 points to buy.
Also wondering how Motorola's announcement will affect USCC Moto X.
Motorola dropped the price to $399 retail.

I can't find a way to use my points to reduce the cost of a new device (ex - $100 off for 20,000 points) on the website. In fact, I can't find these deals at all. I need to use some points to accelerate my upgrade as well, and have enough to do both. Do I need to talk to a CSR to do that, or can it be done on the website?

And just got off the phone with a phone CSR. The point changes for rewards does not exist. I tried to use 20,000 to get $100 off a 5S and that is not available.

You are talking to clueless people that have not taken the time to go through new company policies. My store is well aware of this and it is an agent store.

Well I've been to three different stores, all "corporate" locations, and talked to two different CSR's on the phone. None of them have heard of anything of the kind, nor could they find anything in their computer system that would allow them to give me this deal. That's seven USCC employees and I'm 0-7.

I bought a phone today after finally deciding there wasn't much else left to do.

Took back my 32gb 5s yesterday because of rattling power button and the screen creaked when you lightly pushed on it and having to pinch zoom everything just to read it was a bigger issue... This was a contractor store not corporate and they told me about the 10000 point S4 promo.

Gunna get one for the wife for sure today and dump that crappy S3, he said he would look and see if there was something they could do also cuz its one of the recalled s3's.

Maybe an s4 for free, no points or money.

I am back on my note 2 and thinking about the s4 also.

USCC website has the $100 smartphone promo. Makes the 32gb iPhone 5s jfor $199 just crazy attractive

This is the part I like.  Hopefully, the Moto X will be affordable then.

I was out of contract and hadn't upgraded and 4 months from being eligible to upgrade. Did not get it automatically. Did not get it at all. Was explicitly told it does not exist and no evidence of it could be found. I even told 3 of them it was "promo 1A." Nothing.

At least I got to wait on hold, twice, for 30 minutes each and spent a combined 2 1/2 hours in stores.

Cool. Send it to any of the stores in the Des Moines area and we'll be in business. Maybe one of them can add it to something that can be found. ;)

I found that most us cellular customer reps.(in store and CS) are clueless to the promotions or anything. You have to inform them what's going on or keep trying until you get someone that knows what they are doing. Last week I went to 3 different stores and called Customer Service like 8 different times. All of them acted like this promo didn't exist. I wanted to purchase in store but couldn't due to so many clueless workers. I called CS and finally got transferred to retention, told the lady I wanted to use points to reduce price, she said I couldn't use partial points and had to purchase phone with full amount, I politely told her I know for a fact that I could use  2,000 points to reduce 10$, could you please double check , after a brief hold she returned to inform me that I was correct, I was then able to order my new phone. This is the short version of the US Cellular horror story.
