  1. So those of us that switched back to the stretch plans how much are they charging for the line access? I got my bill today and with the prorated charges I couldn't tell what the line access charges are. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk Edit: Chatted and found out that my line was not getting the discount for the line access. The guy I chatted with got it fixed and even saw that I didn't get the discount last month and fixed that as well.
  2. Where I am in Virginia it's USCC or Verizon and they're decent but call quality is horrible. I don't have plans on leaving as I just got the S8 Plus on installments but I didn't want to be under contract either for the service. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  3. I'm under a 2 yr contract but the "supervisor" said that if I leave before the contract end then they would waive the ETF but I don't believe it will happen if I did leave. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  4. Switched this morning back to the stretch data and was told it would incur a 2 yr contract but was told, but don't believe, that I won't be charged for it down the road if I decided to leave... Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  5. I just got the S8 Plus as a preorder wonder if that would make a difference...
  6. Was going to switch back to the stretch plan but was informed that it would place us back under a two year agreement... I don't think so... Edit: From chat just a few minutes ago 16:36:35 [Visitor] would it put us back under contract? 16:36:59 [Visitor] I know I have one for the phone but would there be one for the service? 16:37:34 [Whitney] Yes, that would place you back under a two year agreement.
  7. Pre-ordered a S8+ on the 2nd. Can't wait for it to get here. My first pre-order... Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  8. It's rare for me to get that. We're under a Wind advisory now but I didn't get a notification... Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk *Edit: Apparently I get them intermittently...
  9. Is this what you're looking for? Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  10. When I chatted nothing was said about a new 2yr agreement. I think I'll just stick with the 15GB and the current discounts I get and no new agreement.
  11. COE = Customer Owned Equipment I currently get $30 dollars knocked off of the per line access fee of $40 dollars right now, switching to the new plans you lose that discount and it goes to $20 per line...
  12. Noticed today that there are some new Shared Connect Plans available. Chatted and found out that if you have a COE discount that will be forfeited by switching to the new plans. I'm going to have to do some thinking/math to see if the new plans are worth it. https://www.uscellular.com/uscellular/plans/showPlans.jsp?plan-selector-type=shared&type=plans
  13. Gave em a call and they reset the MIN. Told me to give it a few days and if it's not better to give em a call back. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  14. When I was with PagePlus if something happened to my data etc you could call in and have it reset. Can this be done with USCC? Both I and my mother have Moto X Pures but here's has issues picking up signal at home only. And when she calls out its always garbled and unintelligible, but I can stand in the same spot with mine and it's clear as day. This also happened with her Moto G 3rd Gen so I'm inclined to think it's on the account not the phone. Oh we ported in from PagePlus at the end of August last year if that has anything to do with it. 15. I was able to, said it would take up to 30 days to become active though. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
