  1. THE GSIII does not have any of USCC bloatware, and DI mean NONE. This is the first android based phone I have seen that does't have any USCC Apps. Jared
  2. Samsung Galaxy SIII - Pricing, Pricing, Pricing

FYI..Sprint has announce delays in shipping 32G devices. Looks like only a delay of about a week. http://community.sprint.com/baw/community/sprintblogs/announcements/blog/2012/06/19/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-availability-update Jared
  3. Belief Points Rewards changing!

You guys are right...everybody has a right to complain about changes that happen. I am not glad to hear that this change is coming, but I am not going to complain. USCC has to do what they have to do to make sure that they stay a company. We really don't want one of the big 4 buying them out (at least I don't). If it is going to be that bad for all of you then go to another carrier. If you are on one of the belief plans, then you should be able to pick up and leave. If you are not on a belief plan, then you have nothing to complain about. Yes USCC has always been way behind on releasing phones. I am extrememly "Techy" and know what everybody else feels when bigger carriers are release bad butt phones all the time and we are getting the left overs. It seems as though USCC has heard of these complaints and are trying to catch up slightly with their phone releases. I know the GS3 is the only phone that they have done this with, but I am hoping this is the first of many. Time will tell. If I have to give up a few extra beleif points to upgrade early, then that is what I am going to accept. Jared
  4. Belief Points Rewards changing!

You people that are complaining always want more. If somebody gave you a cool million, you would want more. The fact is, what other carrier does not have a contract after the first one? What other carrier gives you some type of option for an early upgrade without having to buy out the contract? Which other carrier has better customer service? Yes other carriers seem to get new techonology first, but it seems to me that USCC is trying to change that witht he GS3, but it seems none of you are seeing that. I have looked long and hard about switching to another carrier and every time I look, either the coverage isn't as good in my area or the monthly cost is more than USCC and I have to sign a 2 year contract. Wether this is a rumor or true (and I have found a lot of this information to be true), IMHO, USCC is still the best company in my area. Verizon is a close second, but would cost me a little more and Customer Service sucks. Jared
  5. Actually the guy that has done the unlocks has looked at this, but told me personally that we would need a leak from Motorola to get the phone unlocked. Jared
  6. Well, looks like I may have to try it again.... Worth a shot I guess EDIT: Had to try it but it was a no go. That is because it DOES NOT work with 2.3.5. The guy above I am probably assumed he had 2.3.5, but was actually 2.3.4, which unlocking the bootloader is possible. Jared

I would try a battery swap at your local store and then try to get into RSD mode. Jared
  8. cmtd problem

Good call...been a while since I used cmtd. Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
  9. cmtd problem

Give it a little longer. I would say after 10 minutes and if it still didn't come up then you have a problem. Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
  10. cmtd problem

After restoring your backup ruin the boot.zip. Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
  11. *Electrify bricked

Does the phone turn on when you plug it into a computer? Jared
  12. *Electrify bricked

Plug your phone into an AC charger and let it charge for an hour or 2. You will probably see the phone turn on, but won't boot. It is charging. Let it charge. Then make sure you grab the 2.3.5 sbf and load it. If you are trying 2.3.4, it will fail to load. Jared
  13. Yes, run unrevoked now. This will change your cwm, then you can run the pb99img.zip to get to the orange cwm. Let me know if you have any other questions. Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
  14. I must be missing something as you are completely unlocked. You can't install cwm without being unlocked. Either what you posted confused me or my brain is fried from everything I have done today. What exactly are you trying to do now? Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
  15. evidently my computer isnt seeing the .tar file. It says no such file or directory. Tried the original One click root and that hasnt work either. Someone help.....please....I need my root back. lol One Click Root will not work, you need to follow the steps, everything works 110% as I've rerooted my 2.3.5 like 5 times after I broke the boot loader... /bin/tar xf /data/tmp/photon-torpedo.tar is the step we were on and is saying no such file or directory. he cd'd the line before just fine but then got stuck. I'm sure I am missing something when I was helping. I had this happen once and needed to reboot my phone and start over. Jared Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk
