  1. Question about Google Fi

I joined fi when the first pixel came out. Over a year later I've had no issues at all on uscc network. I'm currently using the pixel 2. I do notice when I'm home where a uscc is less than a mile away, it doesn't switch back from T-Mobile. It only happens occasionally. I can do it manually with an app I have called fi switch. I usually don't bother because my WiFi is really strong at home. My average bill is $30 a month. I rarely use my phone at work other than calls or texting, since I have a work laptop at my disposal. Most everywhere I go I'm connected to WiFi. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  2. Adware Popup: "Amazon Rewards Event"

I've got this one as well as a four virus one. They are just phishing pop-ups to get you to download an app. The Amazon one I get by clicking on Facebook stuff, and the other one I get on phone arena. Nothing to worry about, just close and continue on. They are a pita when they pop up all the time. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  3. VOLTE IS HERE!

I noticed today when my pixel was on T-Mobile network, the enhanced LTE toggle was present. After getting home and back on USCC, the toggle disappeared. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  4. Unlimited on US Celluar

I'm not impressed with the wifi calling on my pixel. I have great wifi at home, but when on wifi calls I get delays and a wierd beeping when I connect to a call. I ended up turning it off. Maybe my old router is to blame, but for right now, it's a no-go for me. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  5. Unlimited on US Celluar

I did notice a $20 charge on my bill for unlimited to Canada and Mexico. They took it off after the first bill, but it's on there again this month and they say it's part of the plan and can't be removed. So much for no hidden fees. They never mentioned it when we switched plans. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  6. Unlimited on US Celluar

I got my daughter unlimited before the price hike and she is still not throttled. I'm in central Maine. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  7. Unlimited on US Celluar

Sounds like a cover up!! Maybe they see a investigation coming thier way. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  8. Unlimited on US Celluar

I think he was referring to the USCC Facebook page. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  9. Unlimited on US Celluar

My daughter has been on unlimited for about 6 weeks. Just ran a speed test and she's not being throttled on her iPhone yet. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  10. Is it legit yet?

The T-Mobile service is horrible at my house. I can only connect to edge and mine activated fine. Their map however shows me having lte coverage. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  11. Unlimited on US Celluar

Maybe something to do with band 12 for Android's and band 5 for iPhones?? I'm sure if it's happening on androids it will be happening on iPhones very soon. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  12. Unlimited on US Celluar

Fi is great if you have access to WiFi and don't use much data. My bill averages $30 a month. The next time my daughter comes home I'll do a speed test on her iPhone. We switched her to unlimited last month. Haven't heard any complaints yet. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  13. [SOLD] Google Pixel

That sounds about right to me. I got a replacement phone last week. Wish I could remember exactly how much storage available before I loaded all my crap on it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  14. I have a Spigen rugged armor on my pixel. I have a cheap offbrand glass screen protector which scratches easily. I love the case. It's fairly thin so the phone retains its small size, which is one reason I bought the phone in the first place. Protection wise, probably not as good as an OtterBox, but I don't have a habit of dropping my phone's and mostly bought it for price and to protect against scratches. 15. They did that to me as well when I put a new phone on wife's existing line. $40 ripoff. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
