  1. David, the unlimited plans are subject to data optimization. Buffering may occur which can be reduced by closing out of unneeded apps and for any updates, be sure to use WiFi. ^Jeff The unlimited plan will slow customers to 2G once they reach 22 GB. The data optimization can occur at any point. I apologize for the confusion between the two. ^Jeff. 2 more replies Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  2. When it comes to unlimited data, there are two choices. One is standard definition which provides 480p video resolution and the other for $20.00 more, is high definition which provides 720p. ^Jeff This was his reply. Funny we never heard about this. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  3. Funny story. We had 7 lines and recently cancelled 5. I was trying to log on to the site tonight and could not. Went to there Facebook page thinking I might see others having issues. I clicked on what i thought was a chat but ended up being Facebook manager. All I put on there was is your my account down. He answered me,saying yes and asked if there was anything elsec he could do. So I asked if there was any truth to unlimited plans being throttled and that there was a $20 upchargw not to be throttled. He has yet to answer me back Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  4. Agreed we have 4 iPhones and our signal was all over the place Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  5. We had switched to the unlimited plan and I was having problems with all of our phones switching to 1x or3g in placed that have always been 4g. Countless calls into tier 2 tech and finally we just switched to AT@t. Amazing the difference. My phones haven't dropped off LTE and there is no comparison in speeds. Probably average around 45 to 55mbps. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

  7. I didn't move but recently switched to AT&T. Amazing the difference both network and speeds. North Carolina area Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Considering trying T-Mobile out. Service has been awful lately. Lot of 3G and 1x for no reason. Anyway I called and asked if I paid off the S7 edge could I get unlocked to try elsewhere. It's our extra phone in the house now anyway. She said it was unlocked. Anybody confirm that all I have to do is insert T-Mobile sim Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Anybody heard anything? The note 5 on other carriers is getting nougat... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. It's not . Existing accounts can move to it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I think it may still be a $20 add charge. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  12. 7 lines. 4 unlimited and 3 on the 2gb plan. $220 with auto pay. With the discount on the 4 lines unlimited it was cheaper. Switched today. Customer service rep in store and on phone are very confused as to pricing. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  13. This was what was quoted to me on Facebook from the rep If any lines have unlimited, the only discount which would apply would be Military. Employee discounts will only apply with 2 GB and 6 GB lines for Total Plans. As for 7 lines, 3 with 2 GB and 4 with unlimited, it would be $230.00. If you go with auto-pay/paperless billing, subtract $10.00 from that. This quote includes the current $40.00 promotion for having 4 lines with unlimited. ^Jeff Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  14. This is what was quoted to me by the Facebook rep. Told him I had heard like 5 different totals but he assured me this was correct. Helps me a lot I'm able to add a line and it is still a little cheaper than what we are on. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  15. For seven lines... 4 unlimited and 3 at 2gb. Shouldn't that be $220 Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
