  1. Root [Solved]

I've thought about it. But I really don't need root at all.. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  2. How long does it take for an account to cancel?

Oh.. Lol I have both. I was under the assumption unlocking was something they would do once you wanted off. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  3. How long does it take for an account to cancel?

Indeed. I'd need to be unlocked which I bet they wouldn't do until I paid the balance now I understand. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  4. Has anyone tried a GSM SIM yet

That would be particularly amazing. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  5. How long does it take for an account to cancel?

Just to be clear, that would open it up for another USCC line but not another carrier? Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  6. How long does it take for an account to cancel?

Would it be the same for retail installment contracts? With the account being sent to collections, but I'd be able to use my phone on USC with a different account? Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  7. Samsung Good Lock

From what I've read all qualcomm versions of recovery are temporary and still can't modify system so we can't get a real root. But I could be wrong I don't think there has been anyone willing to try flashing a non-usc variaint's software. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  8. Samsung Good Lock

Right lol Samsung sucks at marketing themselves Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  9. Got one!

I played with one my first time at Best Buy.
  10. Samsung Good Lock

I was browsing through the S7 forum on XDA the other day and I saw a bunch of people talking about Samsung Good Lock as a official lock screen, etc tweaking app Samsung made. So I went into the "Galaxy Apps" and downloaded it, and to my surprise it restarted my device and gave me a whole new Notification drop down, Lock screen, Recent Apps and a few other things that now seem to match AOSP style of Android. Here are some screen shots.
  11. You can keep your unlimited data plan

We have the promo with tethering. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  12. You can keep your unlimited data plan

This was actually a light month because the unlimited line user was outta state for 10 days this billing period haha. And that's our second unlimited plan. I had the $60/mo plan myself until they started cancelling people over high usage. I was using ~450 GBs. No wonder they cancelled it lol Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
  13. You can keep your unlimited data plan

We get ~14 mbps all day. At my apartment in Waukesha, WI I was getting 22 mbps consistently. I've never gotten slower speeds by my mom's where the unlimited 4g is used the most. And I don't know why it seems so hard, just watching Netflix HD often will easily kick it up a couple GBs a day, and then there's days where you watch more. Plus something perhaps you aren't thinking about is that it is used for tethering several devices. Most of everyday there are two separate devices streaming Netflix HD for hours. Our billing period just ended but this is our previous billing period.
  14. You can keep your unlimited data plan

Not sure what "iirc" means but we've still got an unlimited plan, and it is full speed. Currently at 195 GBs this billing period. I think your confused with the offer they gave some unlimited 4g users to move to a Shared Connect with 7 GBs of data for the same price. But if you have a true Unlimited 4G promo plan it is not throttled.
  15. Got one!

CDMA only? Of course I may be wrong but I thought having the GSM setting meant the radio was there. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
