  2. How to root?

There shouldn't be any way you have a warranty on a Note 4 anyway. It's a 3 almost 4 year old device. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  3. New phone

Agreed. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  4. New phone

Had an ex from Monroe. Crazy girl. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  5. New phone

    That's where I live!

Honestly, Wifi calling/texting would help a LOT more than VOTLE lol. At least if it works you can talk and surf though.
  7. Unlimited on US Celluar

I don't agree. At least not around here. I have no problem reaching max speeds and reliability. Maybe it's different in a bigger city though.
  8. It works in any area. You just have to activate in a tmo area I thought? Once it's activated it's golden. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  9. Unlimited on US Celluar

I mean how long were iPhone users able to tether for free? While Android was not? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  10. Unlimited on US Celluar

Sorry had to brag a little lol. That's not usually normal. More like mid 20's to 30's. I don't know what that means, to be honest. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  11. Unlimited on US Celluar

Verizon is pretty good here. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  12. Looks like Fi has decent coverage in the area if you wanted to go the Google route. Otherwise, I'd assume Verizon has coverage there too. I've never personally been in the area but I'd assume ATT/TMO might have good coverage too.
  13. Data during phone calls

You should be able to connect to Wifi mid-call in the future so you can use the web too.
  14. Best way to buy a new iphone?

I too agree non-contract is the way to go. That way you're not stuck in a contract in case things go south.
  15. Unlimited on US Celluar

Interested to see how much it throttles. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  16. Unlimited on US Celluar

Even if one of the lines hits 22GB, it would only be that specific line that gets hit with whatever the "penalty" is too.
  17. Unlimited on US Celluar

It's 22GB a line, not total. Just Like Verizon's plan. Except once you hit that 22 Verizon might depreciate you, instead of straight up throttle. But I'll be interested to see what USCC does if it is a straight up throttle or maybe a depreciation.
  18. I think that's what he's trying to do, but even though his intentions might be pure, it's been so long since the phone was recalled I doubt anything is going to happen. Yet again, one of the downsides of buying both a used phone, but a used phone that was not meant to be used internationally.
  19. I mean, I wish you all the best, but I don't know that there's much I can think of for you to try. You bought a local regional US phone and are using it internationally. I really doubt that Samsung, or even US Cellular, are going to honor any "warranty" on said phone because you bought a regional US phone, not international. I really doubt anything is going to come from it. I obviously feel bad for you because it sucks to lose money, but since a regional phone was taken internationally I doubt you're going to get much luck past asking Samsung/US Cellular nicely and hoping you get a rep on a good day.
  20. Phone activation issue

You might be able to through like Square Trade or something.
  21. Unlimited on US Celluar

If that. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  22. Unlimited on US Celluar

I was going to say. Verizon is per line. Not account. This wouldn't make sense. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  23. Unlimited on US Celluar

Which is stupid as hell. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  24. Unlimited on US Celluar

    Then I apologize. I misread.
  25. Unlimited on US Celluar

Wrong. Partially. Deprioritization =/= throttling. It isn't, and never will be. Please stop saying it is lol. I know you and I have our personal opinions on the matter, but the fact of the matter is when it comes to throttling it's not the same. It's not. It's similar for when it happens, sure, but it's not the same. The throttle is a STRAIGHT up block of speeds until the next billing cycle happens. Deprioritization is only when you're connected to that ONE SPECIFIC congested tower. You won't see a constant speed, per say, but your ping will probably increase significantly. Verizon (and users on Reddit last time I checked) have confirmed that even if you do get "deprioritized" that it's still semi-usable speeds. I believe it was something like 3g speeds. Which I don't know about you, I would still be happy to have 3g Verizon speeds and use as much as I want. Sorry for the rant. But this argument that it's a straight up throttle on Verizon realllllllllly annoys me. Don't get me wrong, I hate Verizon just as much as the next guy. But you can not lie that this plan is actually good compared to what else is offered out there. However, I do agree that Verizon's plan is a lot better than this measly attempt at a counter plan. USCC's offer is a joke. I also 1000000% agree that any military discount should be applied along with an employer discount. We, as a country, treat our veterans as a joke. They placed their lives on the line, and we treat them like dirt as a majority. Both discounts should be applied on the bill as a total. Like 100% of bill - veterans discount (to get the largest discount possible) but also have the employer discount come off that total before the veterans discount is applied.
