  1. New Tethering Plan

You may pay them but you still work for them so your not a true customer... You are on the inside and will never really understand until your on the outside... I still want to see where it specifically says you cannot tether period. If I go to a store, what do I need to ask for to get one of you robot employees to hand me that terms of service or is it online somewhere also? That is if I can do that without being forced on to a new plan! Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4.2.5 - non pro version. I don't think it's necessary to belittle me or call me a robot. You do what is expected of you at your job, correct? What would happen if you didn't. You just go in and ask. It's a double sided sheet of legal paper. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk
  2. Motorola Moto G

Lol did you find the emoji button...? I'm just stating what they're trying to do. The G is an awesome phone, but I guess at that point, the N3 is also an awesome 3G phone... And so is the Moto X. Heck, they're all awesome 1x phones! Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk
  3. New Tethering Plan

I am a true customer. I have a regular consumer plan just like the rest of you, and I write a 200 dollar check to them every month. I'm just stating a fact. You can argue it with someone over the phone or in the store until you're blue in the face... All we are told is to hand you a copy of the terms of service and point out where it's outlined. Do I agree with it? No. Do I want to go to Verizon and pay more in order to get it? Not necessarily. I'm all for doing what's best for customers, but I'm also not going to sit and talk with 50 customers a day about stuff that I can do nothing about. I guess there's just not enough situations in my life where I need to tether that I can't truly appreciate the ability to do it, and I apologize for my inability to relate. I'm just saying that's what USC is going for. Never said it was great, but it's their marketing strategy. Very few great 3g phones unfortunately. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk

  6. New Tethering Plan

I'm just stating the facts of it. They may never find out, and I doubt any media outlet will do anything because for many customers it's not a huge deal. We are all exceptions but many users have no outright use for tethering. I also doubt churn would change that much. I mean technically, you are paying for "x GB of smartphone data" nowhere does it say you can use the tethering. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk
  7. New Tethering Plan

I was mistaken it goes into effect Monday. Also, if an iPhone user or Windows uses tethering without a tethering package, they can and will terminate you if they find out. It is stated in the terms which you probably didn't read or request when you signed your contract. It's categorized as unauthorized usage. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk

The goal is/has been/will continue to be all 4g devices for postpaid. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk

Similar to the way it only lets a hot spot on a hot spot account. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk

No. Tops does not allow it to be added on any contracted plan. It checks during order validation. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk

Ah P-vegas. I live a couple hours north but used to party there a lot. Otis T's is like a second home. Sent from my SM-N900R4 using Tapatalk
  12. New Tethering Plan

When you activate hotspot, it texts you a Url to a microtransaction site. You confirm there and get another text when order is complete. Also, this is not blockable. So people on family plans, make your users aware. This charge cannot be disputed as it is a two step. The user must agree to the charges then confirm on the Micro site.
