  1. I know how to fix this issue. Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Access Point Names. Now, this is the important part. Copy down all of the information in both of the APN's. MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT! Now click the 3 dots on the top right. Make new APS with the same information and delete the old ones. Once done change the preferred network type in the mobile networks setting to LTE (recommended). Restart phone. You're welcome. You have no idea how long it took for me to figure this out.
  2. Don't have the option in my network setting and cant enable in the *#*#4636#*#* menu either as it is blanked out. Any ideas how to fix this?

The information listed above may work but the information needed for your APN is actually way less (to work with LTE). Just make a new APN and then delete the old one/ones. If you have a pixel an LTE will show up. Make sure in your preferred network type you have [LTE (recommended)] set because global is stock. I rooted my phone in this process because I didn't know what the solution was at the start, but now I do not think that is necessary. Your best bet is if you have someone you know with a USC phone just copy their APN. Make sure you change the bearer to unspecified for the pixel tho. For some reason, that's what it needs to be. Just an FYI, I am no professional, I'm just telling you what worked for me. I spent more than a few hours trying to figure this out. Name: USCCINTERNET1 (I put the 1 in there because the old one is named USCCINTERNET, you may not need the 1) APN: usccinternet Proxy: not set Port: not set Username: not set Password: not set Server: not set MMSC: MMS proxy: not set MMS port: none set MCC: 311 MNC: 580 Authentication type: none set APN type: default, dun, fota, mms, supl, xcap APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6 APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6 Bearer: unspecified MVNO type: none EDIT: You do not need root.

Fixxed!, I tried all listed above. What works is rooting (may not be needed) and re typing the APN.
