LOL Anyway, So I just picked up the S9 and so far the phone is an awesome piece of hardware. But it seems to lacking in the reception area just a little. And when I say little I mean that sitting here at my desk my S7 had a full stack and never missed a beat. The S9 fluctuates wildly and I have already missed a person calling me, the only way I knew that I missed that call is that the voice mail alert went off. Is this a fluke? Or is it gonna be the S3 debacle all over again?
Some of you may have seen my post from several weeks ago, stating that I have cancelled my line of USCC service because I now have a Note 4 through my employer that runs on Verizon service. Well, my wife and daughter remained on the U.S. Cellular plan until they could make a decision, which was supposed to be today. So today, my wife went to switch her contract-fulfilled phone to a prepaid plan to save some money. Now I add that they switched to a new system last night, so they not only lost her previous phone number that she wanted to keep, they can't activate service on a new number, either. She went to one of the local offices today TWICE to get the service activated, and they couldn't do it. They asked her to call the "customer service" number, which she has done twice, and they still cannot get her phone activated. With all of this, I think she is done with them! She had been an advocate of USCC for years, but now she is finally realizing what I've been seeing for a couple of years now. Ever since they switched to the new system there have been constant problems with their billing and activation. I believe this is finally the straw that broke the camel's back! At first, I thought USCC was a better company because they were smaller, but I've since learned that it's actually a weakness. They have a rinky-dink billing and activation system, along with service reps who aren't often working from the same playbook. When a business cannot perform their core functions, which in this case is activating phones and accepting payments, you know there's trouble! It's as if they are INTENTIONALLY trying to lose customers! Anyway, I'm advising my family members to switch to Verizon, Sprint, maybe AT&T, or some prepaid service. Good riddance to U.S. Cellular!
Right after I flash A ROM or take it back to stock the NFC will work for about 5 Minutes but after that time If I try to turn on NFC it will automatically turn itself off as soon as I Press the button... Help Please... Let me know if you need more information
