Click on "Install" then click on your Lineage OS ROM, then click on add zip and add gapps as well. Click "Install" wait to complete then click on "Reboot" It will say Cyanogenmod but ignore this, because this is unofficial for now. Setup your phone, join the Google beta program, update Google. Then Go to Google Search on pixel launcher and click again on the "G" scroll down and you should be prompted at the very bottom to setup Google Assistant. After, go to smart lock and Trusted Voice and make sure all settings are enabled. If Google Assistant still does not work, try this. 2. Are you stuck on that same level of candy crush saga? Would you love to purchase a book from Google Play Books? Really want to try the paid version of an app, but can't convince yourself to committing more money on your smartphone? I was just like you, but I discovered something great by good ol' Google itself. The name of the app is called Google Opinion Rewards. Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.paidtasks&hl=en). So what's the deal here? How does it work might you ask? It's very simple. After the installation, open the app. You will be asked a few questions that really have nothing to do with a smartphone. That's OK, Google just wants to make sure you aren't spamming them for free credits (which most people probably do anyway.) Answer the few questions upon first opening the app, and that's it! Sit back and profit! Any new surveys will appear as a notification in your notification bar. In all seriousness, what will happen next is Google will (seeming randomly) send you a survey. I get one around once a month or so. Some surveys are worth $1.00 or more, some are as short as 1-3 questions with a payout of $.10. Yes, ten cents. But it adds up! I have collected about $15 in Google credits since I discovered this app. Download it now and start raking in the free credits!
  3. The Schism is a brand new ROM that bridges the gap between Android OS and Google apps. We have started by overhauling the Settings app with Settings Light as well as DeskClock. Of course the rom is featured packed with Slim-Pie, On-the-Go Mode, App Circle Sidebar and much more. Inspired by Google's current line of apps and design guidelines and based off Mahdi-Rom, We Are The Schism and it starts now. At launch we will support the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (WiFi GT-P3110) ** includes original concepts & design from * Dean Jordan * chintan shah-moneyolo * mark webber-puk3n other credits will be released as we gear up for an official ROM release please feel free to ask questions or veiw concept designs via G+ community i will also open two threads here on teamuscellular for the s3 and s4 as this has been more of a home to me that most site ever thanks ...as always, please stay tuned sources G+
  4. After weeks of rumors about the specs, price, and release date of the upcoming Nexus 5, it appears that Google's new Nexus Android smartphone is being listed on the Google Play store. The device appears next to the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 along with the caption "Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways." Google lists the price as "starting at $349." However, when the link to the smartphone is clicked on -- the new page doesn't load. And not long after the phone appeared, it was replaced by the older Nexus 4 again. Rumors have been flying the past few weeks about what Google has in mind for the Nexus 5. Supposedly, the device will run Android 4.4 KitKat and be revealed in the coming weeks. The smartphone has been said to cost anywhere from $299 to $399 for the 16GB and $449 for the 32GB. Just last week, the first third-party cases for the device were spotted on Google+. While Google has stayed mum about the official release of the Nexus 5, it appears that such a device is most likely on the way. Accessory makers are eager to get in on the action. Several Nexus 5 cases are on sale at Amazon, with the retailer saying they'll arrive in stock on October 30, October 31, including November 2. See below for some images of the products. I would like to use other search engines besides the spy's Google, Bing, etc. I'd rather use Ixquick, Duck Duck and Gooframe...and others I may find later. Can you tell me what is necessary to get sVoice working to search the web again? thank you!!

  9. The AOSP and Google Keyboard use the IceCream Sandwich theme by default, but you can change those if you'd like. Here's how: Use either Nova or Apex launchers (other launchers may allow this, but these two will for sure). Long-press an empty spot on your home screen, select Shortcuts - Activities. Choose Google Keyboard (or AOSP Keyboard), and then Android Keyboard Debug Settings. This shortcut will be added to your home screen. Tap the shortcut and check out the four or five themes you can choose from. Enjoy!
