I have a Moto G With CyanogenMod 11 installed. My problem is, I installed CM before I activated my phone. When I try to activate it I get the "you are roaming, to call your carrier..." line. Is it possible to activate it without reflashing stock firmware? Also, recovery is TWRP 2.6, model is XT1031. I'm well versed in tablet/PC (Android X86) dev, but I'm new to phones.

Do what pixelmad said, dial *228 as long as you're not roaming.

If that doesn't work reflash stock, activate it, then flash the ROM.

But...technically...that shouldn't need to be done. It should activate on the ROM.
