Anyone know why they released two updates today?

Kinda weird I'm thinking.  ;)

Also to the moderators here:  If I posted this in the wrong place please feel free

to move it to the "security updates" thread.   Thanks

I've been running it on my N9 and it's pretty good.  DP2 was kinda wonky, I would not have wanted it on my phone.  But 3 is pretty good so far.  Some stuff is still glitchy (it's a beta after all), but it's coming together nicely.

Thanks for your hard work! ... is it possible to get Nexus 6 - boot.img disables forced encryption for the Jan 2017 7.0 NBD91X image?

That would be great if you could post this as some of us want to wait a little bit before jumping in the deep end :-)

Maybe this isn't the place to put this, but is split screen been taken out of 7.1.1?  I can't find where to enable it for the life of me.  Also thanks for uploading these as it makes it easier to know when the newest and coolest is up because it's in this thread.

Edited to add:  Figured it out in case anybody wants to know...  When you are in an app, long press on the Square on the bottom right (recent apps button) and split screen is activated.
