Account reset

Question

When I was with PagePlus if something happened to my data etc you could call in and have it reset. Can this be done with USCC? Both I and my mother have Moto X Pures but here's has issues picking up signal at home only. And when she calls out its always garbled and unintelligible, but I can stand in the same spot with mine and it's clear as day. This also happened with her Moto G 3rd Gen so I'm inclined to think it's on the account not the phone. Oh we ported in from PagePlus at the end of August last year if that has anything to do with it.

Yeah, call in and get tech support, tell them the issue and that you'd like to have them reset the signal to the phone , it should take 2-3 minutes.

It may or may not work, but it's worth a shot.

Gave em a call and they reset the MIN. Told me to give it a few days and if it's not better to give em a call back.
