How to easily capture an iOS device screen video?

Question

Considerable changes have been made in the area of video recording when it comes to the iOS platform and devices. There are a number of ways that can be adopted in order to record an iOS device screen video where QuickTime Player appears to be on top of the list for iOS video recording tasks. Let us take a brief outlook of the QuickTime Player simple steps.

Any iOS device that runs on iOS 8 or later and Mac with OS X Yosemite or later can be easily connected with the QuickTime Player with the help of provided Apple cable. Now after connected the device and opening QuickTime Player, look for the option of “new movie recording” under its File menu which will display a video recording interface. Now from the drop down menu integrated within the recording icon choose your device and its mic as per your need and hit the record button. A California based expert iOS developers shared a blog post where several other software is also listed for similar purposes but, QuickTime works in most of the cases.

Seems like he did pretty much answer himself with that. Although, needless to say this information won't really be used that much with ios 11 capable devices. Screen recording function works very well.
