Upgrading plan online

Question

Hello,

 

I currently have the 6GB per month plan and want to upgrade to the "unlimited" 22GB per month plan. When I log into my US Cellular account to try to make the switch, I get an error message "Error ATG0000002" and am told to either call a 1-800 number or go into a local store to make the change. I'm just wondering why my account isn't eligible to make changes online?

You might want to ask that in their Facebook page. We may have employees here but the majority of us are not employees but rather enthusiasts.

I get a similar message with our account so I think it is something to do with the USCellular website
